Mission Statement:

HomePro of Webster, Inc. is a pre-purchase home inspection service that provides a quality, professional evaluation of a home for the buyer or seller by a trained, licensed Professional Engineer in accordance with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. At the conclusion of the home inspection, the client will have an understanding of the major deficiencies of the home, the required maintenance, and the significant qualities of the home. This is reported in the HomeBook, a complete "Owner's Manual" for the home.

Personnel:

George M. Cline, P.E. - President/Inspector

George started the business in 1991 after receiving training from the Professional Home Inspection Institute in McLean, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Buffalo with 12 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. George has spoken at many home buyer and seller seminars and is approved by the State of New York as a Technical Instructor for a continuing education course in Practical Property Evaluation.



Stephen J. Pellman, P.E. - Inspector

Steve joined the company in 1994 and has 11 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.



David C. Charvoz, P.E. - Inspector

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A & M University and is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. He has 17 years of engineering experience and extensive training in the real estate industry. Dave is a graduate of the Professional Home Inspection Institute in Falls Church, Virginia, and is trained in Environmental Assessments and Real Estate Appraisal.



Stephen Shelley, P.E. - Inspector

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has 22 years of engineering and construction experience including building and energy code review and home building.



Amy B. Cline - Office Manager

Amy welcomes your calls, answers your questions, and schedules the inspections in a timely manner. She has 10 years of experience in the secretarial field.
